On June 1st, Li Ruohong, chairman of China World Peace Foundation (CWPF) and his wife met with H.E. Moroccan Ambassador to China Mr.Hakim and his wife. 

During the meeting, Mr. Li Ruohong and Mr. Hakim, co-chairman of China-Moroccan (Ibn Battuta) Friendship Association, reviewed the joint efforts that they have made in enhancing both countries’ friendly ties to the best in history, and establishing the strategic cooperative partnership. They expected China and Morocco to further advance Sino-Moroccan cooperation in culture and economy, on the basis of successful run of Morocco and China Similarities Exhibition. June 1st of 2016 also witnessed China entitled for visa exemption to Morocco.

H.E. Moroccan Ambassador to China Mr.Hakim conveyed greetings from King of Morocco to Li Ruohong, and presented the photo of His Majesty the King of Morocco with Li Ruohong&his wife and Ambassador&his wife to Peace Garden Museum. This photo was taken during their meeting, and was carefully produced by the Moroccan royal family photographer. 

They also discussed how to contribute to “One Belt One Road” initiative under the present complicated international situations. Then, they exchanged paintings with their respective countries’ artistic styles.
