On the evening of September 12th , Dr. Li Ruohong, Chairman of the China World Peace Foundation and President of the Beijing International  Peace Culture Foundation , attended the Pakistan National Defense Day event organized by the Pakistani Embassy in China, along with  H.E. Mr. Sha Zukang, President of the China Pakistan Friendship Association,  lieutenant General H.E. Mr.Hu Zhongming and other guests from the friendly community between China and Pakistan.

After the children from Pakistan Embassy College Beijing sang the national anthems of China and Pakistan , Pakistan Embassy military attaché H.E. Brigadier Ghulam Mustafa and Pakistani Ambassador to China H.E. Mr. Moin Ul Haque delivered speeches respectively.H.E. Brigadier Mustafa said, “China Pakistan defense cooperation is not aimed at any third country, rather it is a factor that promotes peace and stability in the region.”. Ambassador H.E. Mr. Moin Ul Haque quoted a sentence from the beginning of the UNESCO Constitution in his speech: "That since wars begin in the minds of men, it is in the minds of men that the defence of peace must be constructed..." He also introduced the history of Pakistan's founding and military, as well as its peace and security propositions.
