On October 21, 2023, Dr. Shabahang, the head of the UNESCO Silk Road Project, who participated in the 3rd "Belt and Road" Forum, paid a special visit to the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, the official partner of UNESCO. After visiting the Beijing Peace Garden Museum,Dr. Shabahang had friendly talks with Dr. Li Ruohong, the Chairman of the China World Peace Foundation and the president of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, on the construction and promotion of the "Peace and Dialogue Based on World Heritage" project.

Dr. Sabahang expressed his pleasure at visiting the foundation and museum for the third time and highly praised the foundation's long-standing cooperation and achievements with UNESCO. And special emphasis is on the strong support from the foundation in the UNESCO "35th Anniversary of the Silk Road" project, the successful hosting of the "Peace Garden Peace Festival" and the "Global Youth Photography Competition", which have become role models and demonstrations for the UNESCO Silk Road project and have gained respect and praise from the host and participating countries. He also said that based on previous cooperation , more extensive exchanges and cooperation will be carried out, so that more young people can strengthen exchanges and understanding in more ways. After visiting the collections of the "Belt and Road" countries in Peace Garden Museum, Both sides believe that the current regional conflict situation of the world is still severe, which resulted from long-term historical, geographical, and environmental influences of the past.It has led to wars, divisions, confrontations, and the formation of different values. In order to share the construction and achievements of the " Belt and Road", carry out peaceful dialogue, protect world heritage and disseminate intangible cultural heritage, both parties will establish cooperation centers or studios in Peace Garden Community in a cross field and diversified way, planning project cooperation related to the "Belt and Road" cultural interaction Atlas, such as food, art, traditional medicine,sports and games.
