On March 20th, the "vernal equinox" in China, Dr. Li Ruohong, Chairman of the China World Peace Foundation and President of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, was invited to attend the celebration of the“Year 2024-Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi National Spring Festival-International Day of Nowruz" held by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in China. After congratulating the Ambassador, he took a group photo with the Chinese government's special representative for Europe and Asia and the envoys of many countries in China, and interacted with the youths of Turkmenistan.

The Nowruz Festival, also known as the Spring Festival of Turkmenistan, is considered the beginning of a new year. UNESCO included the Nowruz Festival in the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2009, and it became an international festival after being resolved by the United Nations General Assembly in 2010.
