Li Ruohong Awarded the Peace Medal to the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Wishing Peace&Friendship between China and Pakistan

On June 6th , Dr. Li Ruohong, Chairman of the China World Peace Foundation and President of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, was delighted to meet his old friend, His Excellency Mr.Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, the new Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, at the China-Pakistan Friendship&Business Reception. The two good friends who haven't seen each other for many years warmly hugged at the scene, and Chairman Li awarded Prime Minister H.E.Mr.Sharif the Peace Ambassador Medal.
And then H.E.Mr. Sharif delivered a warm speech, saying: "Let the garden be filled with fragrance, I will protect Chinese in Pakistan just like protecting my own family.".
At the reception, Chairman Li also congratulated his old friend H.E. Mr. Ishaq Dar on his appointment as the new Deputy Prime Minister&Foreign Minister of Pakistan, and held talks to deepen bilateral cooperation.Relevant Articles
