To celebrate the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States, Mr. Mo Hu, former Deputy Chief of the New York Police Department and President of the Asian Police Officers Association of the New York Police , and his wife, along with eight others, visited the Beijing Peace Garden Museum on July 27th . Li Ruohong, President of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, had a friendly discussion with them after accompanying them to appreciate the indoor collections of the museum. They reviewed the development and changes since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States, shared concerns about the global context and regional conflicts, discussed the judiciary and culture of the two countries, and wished for world peace and friendship. President Li Ruohong thanked Mr. Mo Hu for his contributions to the friendship between China and the United States and world peace, and awarded him the " Peace Ambassador" medal.
