On the afternoon of June 24th , Professor Li Ruohong, Chairman of the China World Peace Foundation and President of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, reached a consensus with Turkmenistan Ambassador to China H.E. Mr. Parakhat Durdyev at the Peace Garden Museum in Beijing to jointly host the "Peace Garden Peace Festival" in September 2025, and to promote the Second China Central Asia Summit. The Astana Declaration of the Second China Central Asia Summit mentioned that all parties welcome the resolution proposed by Turkmenistan at the United Nations General Assembly to "declare Central Asia as a zone of peace, trust and cooperation". They also exchanged views on the multi fields exchanges and complex changes in the international situation between China and Turkmenistan.
