On August 1st , on the occasion of the 98th anniversary of the founding of the PLA, Professor Li Ruohong, Chairman of the China World Peace Foundation and President of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, was invited to attend the 60th anniversary of the Singapore National Day and the Singapore Armed Forces Military Day held by the Singapore Embassy in China.

The world is currently experiencing unprecedented changes, and the importance of peace as an eternal theme is becoming increasingly prominent. During the event, Dr. Li Ruohong exchanged views on the ASEAN situation with diplomats and friendly individuals from ASEAN countries present, and put forward constructive views on the Silk Road.
